We make the trailer-buying process simple and straightforward. Start by filling out our Design Assistant form, which helps us understand exactly what you're looking for. Once we receive your form, we’ll send you some options tailored to your needs. After finalizing the design, a 50% non-refundable deposit gets us started on your build. If we have the frame in stock, we’ll get to work right away—if not, we may need to wait on the manufacturer.
We'll keep you updated throughout the process. The remaining balance will need to be paid before the trailer leaves our shop.
You can pick up your trailer from our North Idaho location, or we can arrange shipping for an additional cost. We typically use uShip.com to estimate shipping rates from our zip code to yours. In some cases, we've even secured lower shipping costs than initially quoted!
Freight is FOB (Freight on Board) origin unless specified otherwise. It can be prepaid and added to the invoice, or shipped collect at your request. If you'd like a quote for FOB destination, just let us know.
