This warranty does not apply to any products or parts not of our manufacture,
whether or not said parts were installed on the finished product prior to sale.
North Woods Trailers, LLC warrants its trailers for a period of 2 years to the original purchaser, against any defects in materials and/or workmanship that arises during normal use excluding normal wear and tear. North Woods Trailers, LLC does not cover anything that, in our opinion, is abnormal use, abuse or after market alterations.
Written notice of such defects must be emailed to North Woods Trailers, LLC immediately, to establish validity of the claim. Written authorization must be obtained prior to returning any products to North Woods Trailers, LLC. All repairs are to be done by North Woods Trailers, LLC unless written authorization is obtained. North Woods Trailers, LLC reserves the discretion, to repair or replace, defective parts. Shipment to and from North Woods Trailers, LLC is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
This warranty is effective from the date it leaves our possession. A copy of the receipt of purchase must accompany any warranty claim.
North Woods Trailers, LLC reserves the right to change, without notice, prices and specifications, where it deems it an improvement in performance or quality.
